Welcome to The Property Institute, we are a professional body for residential property managers in England, Scotland, and Wales.

Formed in 2022 by the merger of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and joined by the Property Managers' Association Scotland Limited (PMAS) in March 2025, TPI brings together over a century of combined experience.
