Welcome to the weServed™ FAQ page. Here, you'll find answers to common questions about our platform, designed to serve UK Veterans and their families. We’re constantly improving based on your feedback to help make the UK the best country in the world to be a Veteran!

1. About weServed™

weServed™ is a UK-based digital platform dedicated to supporting Veterans, Service Leavers, and their families. Our mission is to make the UK the best place in the world to be a Veteran by connecting our community to employment opportunities, trusted services, and one another.

weServed™ is open to all members of the UK Armed Forces community, including the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force, and UK Special Forces. Family members may also join specific areas of the platform. All users must be aged 18 or over.

The platform operates entirely online — there is no mobile app to download. Access is available directly through your web browser at weServed.com

2. Employment

Our Employment Hub helps Veterans and Service Leavers find meaningful work. Users can create an account, upload a CV, search for jobs, and apply directly to trusted employers.

Employers can register to recruit from the UK Veteran talent pool, post vacancies, and engage directly with qualified candidates who have served.

All job listings and employer profiles comply with UK employment law and equality standards, including the Equality Act 2010. We encourage employers to support inclusive recruitment practices.

3. Community

The weServed™ community provides a safe, respectful, and inclusive online environment for Veterans, Service Leavers, and families to connect and share experiences.

All members must follow our Community Guidelines, which set out expectations for respectful behaviour and the responsible use of the platform. Users can read the guidelines here: weserved.com/community-guidelines

weServed™ takes online safety seriously. We encourage users to protect their privacy, avoid sharing sensitive personal information, and report any inappropriate behaviour.

If you witness or experience harmful or unlawful conduct, please report it through the platform's reporting tools or contact Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk

4. Support & Wellbeing

weServed™ connects users to trusted Veteran support services and partners that specialise in mental health, wellbeing, and social reintegration.

Recommended support resources include:

- Help for Heroes: helpforheroes.org.uk

Please note that weServed™ does not provide medical, financial, or counselling services directly. Users engaging with third-party providers do so under the terms of those services.

5. Account & Data

To create an account, visit weserved.com and click 'Join Now'. You will need a valid email address and, if applicable, your Service Number.

If you forget your password, click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the email instructions. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account and select 'Delete My Account'. Your data will be removed in line with our Data Retention Policy.

weServed™ complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For details, visit weServed.com/privacy-policy.

6. Becoming a Supporter

Organisations and individuals can support the UK Veteran community by partnering with weServed™. Opportunities include employment partnerships, sponsorships, community collaboration, and offering discounts or services to Veterans.

7. Legal, Safety & Compliance

weServed™ operates under UK law, including the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Online Safety Act 2023, and Equality Act 2010.
